Please view volunteer roles and fill out the form. We are always looking for interested and motivated Interns and volunteers to help us set up, organize and run, our events. We also welcome your assistance in the areas of marketing, fundraising, and so many others. We promise not to turn away any helpful hand. Even a hand that can bring laughter is plenty.

 Musicians, dancers, performers are always welcome to join. Our goal is to have an awesome multicultural group of people who will continuously offer the community a high artistic level of edutainment.  

​Events Volunteer: Helps with various tasks between set up, concert duration and break down. Volunteers will be placed in jobs such as handing out flyers , event greeter, stage manager, check in person, decorate, social media live streaming,  stage hands, set up and breakdown team. 

Community Outreach Advocate – A community outreach coordinator might organize events, recruit volunteers, or arrange other projects to get the community excited about and invested in the organization.

Development Director - They might develop a fundraising plan, secure financial support, run special events for donors, and run other projects to ensure the organization meets its annual goals.

Data Coordinator/Logistic - Coordinators may work to make sure that the data is collected properly, observing any legal or ethical standards are met, especially for data that involves personal information.

Stage Hands – Stage Hands work diligently behind the scenes to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible, and knowledge of exactly how a production works is an essential part of the role.

Grant Writer - A grant writer might work underneath the development director, he or she completes and submits applications for funding; typically, applications to foundations, the government, or a trust.

Volunteer Coordinator – The volunteer coordinator manages all aspects and condition of the volunteer force; assigning other volunteers to different jobs that help complete the task at hand.

Office Assistant – Office Assistants are often found in the office filing or completing task that arise within the office environment; typically, making phone calls, filing and organizing documents.
